Does Kaylenne have a Gallery?
Kaylenne has just opened her new Gallery at Riverside Plaza Shepparton Victoria in January 2010 Original Paintings, Limited Editions and Prints also Greeting and Gift Cards are available for purchase. The Gallery offers Gift Vouchers & Laybys.

What if I would like to send A Gift to another address?
The Gallery offers a Gift service where either in person or by phone an order can be made and sent to the required address by registered post. Phone or Email the requested address with your order and your Gift will be sent to that address. We can also send a Gift Card from you with your special message e.g Happy Bithday / Congratulations / Happy House Warming/ etc. As all Prints travel very well in Cylinders they are sent anywhere around the world.
What is a limited edition print?
It's the number of prints produced of an original painting. Each limited edition print is signed and numbered by the Artist in pencil, showing how many in the edition and the number of the print. When the last print is sold, there is no more available which makes it a limited edition. Numbers are recorded and an authenticity certificate is numbered the same as the print for proof of purchase. The original painting becomes more valuable.
What is a Giclee fine art print?
Giclee is French for squirt and with the highest quality ink pigments the printing technique squirts ink onto fine art paper and canvas, which is of archival quality.
What does canvas ready for stretching mean?
Canvas ready for stretching means you can have a framer or carpenter make a timber frame for the canvas and they will stretch the canvas over the frame to hang.
What is the standard delivery time?
Standard delivery time is 10-14 days. All artwork is posted by registered mail. Express post or courier is available on request.
What is the delivery cost?
Orders within Australia up to $70 are charged $8 shipping, and orders over $70 are charged $14. For Originals please contact us for a quote on shipping. For International Orders email Country and State, then we will email your quote on shipping charges
What if I want my artwork sooner than the standard delivery time?
Your artwork can be delivered in 3-4 days by courier. This can be tracked on line with the registered item number that will be emailed back to you. Contact us with your postcode for a quote. Average price is usually around $18. Within Australia
If I don't have a credit card can I still order Artwork?
Yes you can, by purchasing a postal note from any Post Office in the amount of your order including postage. Send this and your order to Kaylenne Creighton P.O. Box 155 Cobram Vic 3644 Australia
